Two ways to get on the schedule
Mateo handles the schedule. Whichever channel you use, you will be talking to a person and not a chatbot.
By phone
Mon–Thu 7:00–17:00, Fri 7:00–13:00. After hours rolls to voicemail; Mateo returns calls within one business day.
By email
Best for non-urgent questions and for new patients who prefer to share insurance + medical history in writing before the visit.
A few things that speed up booking
- Your insurance. Name of plan + member ID. We verify benefits before your visit so the visit ends without a billing surprise.
- Your prior dentist. Name + city. We request records on your behalf if you tell us where.
- What’s going on. “Six-month cleaning” is enough; if it’s a specific concern (a tooth that hurts when you bite, a chipped corner, a child’s first visit), say so and we will schedule accordingly.
Same-day emergency appointments are available for established patients with active pain. Call as early in the day as you can.
